Drinkle 3 is located in the heart of downtown Saskatoon with dozens of galleries, coffee shops, restaurants, and stores located within a one-block radius, including a convenient Tim Horton’s within a block. We are located one block from less than three blocks from the Meewasin Valley Trail, parks, and the Midtown Plaza, Saskatchewan’s largest shopping mall. U of S students can walk six blocks to the University Bridge or take a free bus from the nearby transit center.

Drinkle3 is in easy walking distance to nearby public spaces including: Saskatoon Farmer’s Market, River Landing Park, Persephone Theatre, TCU Place, the public library, and the YMCA where membership buys unlimited usage of the pool, gym, fitness centre, courts and drop-in programs. We are also an easy walk to the all the interesting shops, galleries and restaurants of 20th St in Riversdale and Broadway.

Drinkle3 is rated by Walkscore.com as “Biker’s Paradise”. While that may be a bit of an exaggeration, our central location and easy access to Meewasan trails and bridges makes it a great starting point for wherever you are going.

Buses Nearby

Drinkle3 is located one block from the City’s central bus terminal from which all routes depart. The City of Saskatoon is also developing plans for a Bus Rapid Transit system which works like a subway system, but above ground with heated stations. The main lines for that system are planned to go right past our building along 22nd Street.

In the Heart of Restaurant Row

Drinkle3 is in the center of Restaurant Row YXE, three blocks of downtown 3rd Ave that hosts 21 restaurants including Chinese, Indian, Eritrian, Italian, British, Vietnamese, Thai, Afghan, pizza, poutine, subs, gourmet, and Asian fusion. At Drinkle3 your street is an amazing food court.
